Reviews
What clients say.
Kind words from homeowners who trusted Sunrise Renovations with their bathrooms.
We cannot express how thankful we are for Sunrise and Luis. He came in and took over one bathroom project and then fully completed a second bathroom, both of which were partial redos, one requiring plumbing, rough in and removal of tub, a new shower pan and tile and another the other rough in for new shower and tub fixtures over an existing tub.
We will be moving on to a complete master bathroom, redo, including cabinets, fixtures, flooring, tile, etc. and I'm sure we will be extremely happy with the end product and cost. Luis work is impeccable!
Sunrise company didn't disappoint me and you are loosing if you don't go with them. First year they did my shower, countertop in bathroom and wet bar, and floor. Year later i called them for kids bathroom. I picked tiles, bathtub and other material in shop and they delivered it to my house.Everything was done in high quality, cleaning everyday after work, and answering /explaining all my question. I had few estimates from other competitors, but either prices were very high or material was limited, or salesman was very pushy. With Sunrise you never have these problems, they will become your handy man for ever, professional and top quality work.

About
Owner-operated, on every job site.
Sunrise Renovations was founded by Luisnel Montenegro, an OSHA 510-certified contractor with 12 years in the trade and 10 years of experience as a project manager. He got tired of watching rushed waterproofing come back as callbacks — so with more than 500 renovations completed, the crew still runs small on purpose. The same people who quote the job are the ones who tile it, so nothing gets lost between the estimate and the install.
